We specialize in representing you in judicial reviews to the Federal Court of Canada to challenge the reasonableness and procedural fairness of negative immigration decisions.

We specialize in representing you in residency obligation, sponsorship, criminality, and removal order appeals with the Immigration Appeal Division.

International Students

We specialize in assisting international students with complex study permit refusals, extensions, compliance, and Post-Graduate Work Permit related inquiries. We also advise and partner with Designated Learning Institutions to provide effective advice and build better systems.

Family Class Sponsorship

We specialize in submitting family class sponsorship applications, including in-Canada spousal sponsorships, dependent child sponsorships, Parent and Grandparent Sponsorships, and complex Family Reunification and Humanitarian and Compassionate grounds matters.

Permanent Residence (Economic and Provincial Nomination)

We specialize in Express Entry-based Canadian Experience Class and Federal Skilled Worker/Federal Skilled Trades Applications. We also assist in British Columbia Provincial Nomination Program (BC PNP) applications, Self-Employed, Caregiver, Entrepreneur, Agri-Foods, and other Economic Applications.

Refused Applications, Procedural Fairness Letters, and Reconsideration Request

We specialize in examining the reasons for refusal and trying to turn your matter around. We help respond to Procedural Fairness Letters, submit Reconsideration Requests, New Applications, and Litigation as required to fix your matter.

Policy Advising and Teaching

We are often brought in as policy advisors, to teach, and lead training sessions for students and organization staff. We can assist in writing reports, memorandums, and conduct research as required. Our Director of Operations, Edris Arib, has written reports for numerous international non-governmental organizations. We often partner with our sister non-profit the Arenous Foundation to execute our projects.
